Refund & Return Policy (B2B Wholesale & OEM Supplier)
This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through Tshicom, a professional supplier of two-way radio accessories, communication equipment parts, and OEM/ODM industrial solutions.
By placing an order on this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. B2B Wholesale Policy
All products sold by Tshicom are intended for B2B (business-to-business) use, including distributors, wholesalers, and OEM/ODM partners.
As such, all orders are considered commercial transactions and are not subject to consumer-style return policies.
2. Order Confirmation & Custom Products
Most products may include customization, OEM/ODM production, or batch-specific manufacturing.
Once production has started or an order has been confirmed by both parties, cancellations or modifications may not be accepted.
3. Returns & Eligibility
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- Products are proven to have manufacturing defects
- Incorrect items were shipped by Tshicom
- Damage occurred during shipping (must be reported upon receipt)
All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the goods.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized OEM/ODM products
- Bulk wholesale orders without quality issues
- Products damaged due to improper use, installation, or handling
- Items without original packaging or labels
5. Quality Inspection
All products are inspected before shipment to ensure compliance with our internal quality standards.
Buyers are responsible for checking goods upon arrival and reporting any issues immediately.
6. Refund Process
If a return is approved, refunds will be processed based on the original payment method or agreed commercial arrangement.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and order type.
7. Shipping Costs
In cases where returns are approved due to product defects or shipping errors, Tshicom will cover or share return shipping costs.
For other cases, shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
8. Limitation of Liability
Tshicom is not responsible for indirect losses, business interruption, or consequential damages resulting from product use or delivery delays.
